Our courteous front desk administrative team is available to schedule your appointment during normal working hours. Please inform us of the reason for your visit. This will allow us to schedule the appropriate time necessary for your appointment.

Your appointment is a time that has been especially reserved for you. If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our office so that we may make this time available to one of our other valued patients.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that we provide surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please inform the receptionist of the nature of your emergency. We will make the appropriate arrangements to treat you in a timely manner or provide you with immediate assistance if necessary. Emergency coverage is available 24 hours a day.
